By placing an order for any of our products or services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.


All goods (sales and service) must be paid for before goods are dispatched. All customers will be contacted on completion of work carried out..

All prices are in GBP.  Prices charged are as advised on this website or over the phone. If additional charges are required to complete service work you will be asked for authorisation before any additional work is carried out.

For payments, we accept most major credit and debit cards. When your order is processed, your encrypted card number is removed from our records.

Carriage will be charged separately on all deliveries.


We try to keep a good stock of parts, both for our own service work and for sale. However, not all the products shown on our website at any time may be in stock. You may order them and we will fulfill these orders as soon as the products become available.

Carriage costs are £6.50 for a next day courier for deliveries in the UK. Prices may vary when a consignment in outside of the couriers specified zoned areas. We will notify customers if the delivery charges are outside the standard terms and conditions..

All items require a signature on arrival unless otherwise specified. They will generally be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to specify specific delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for delays by our carriers.

If the item is damaged on arrival, please take photo(s) of the damage and packaging, and notify us immediately.


All service work is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of repair to be free from defects in workmanship – this is on any new work carried out and does not include any existing or original parts that are damaged, faulty or unserviceable. Any new product fitted that is returned within this period and is found to be defective in workmanship will be repaired free of charge. This guarantee does not apply to products that have not been properly installed, maintained, adjusted correctly or have simply been misused. Neither does it cover product/component failure or wear and tear.

If you think you have a problem with a fork/shock that we have serviced within the above period and want to claim under the guarantee, you must call us first for an assessment. We will attempt to resolve the problem in the most appropriate way, including repairing it, sending a replacement part and advising on use or adjustment.


Items returned for refund must be in their original packaging and undamaged. They must also be returned within 30 days of original purchase date otherwise they may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please contact us before returning any items.

In the case of springs and mount kits where you specified the size and it proves to be incorrect you will be subject to a repeat postage charge on exchanges.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Stendec Works disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdon and we both irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
